We intentionally designed this platform with a mix of business and social functions in order to bring advertisers and consumers closer than ever before. In the real world, businesses or advertisers do not exist in a different space to consumers; they coexist and they interact with each other all the time and that is how it should be online. Our business model allows businesses and consumers to interact with each other for mutual benefit in a non-intrusive manner.

Businesses have a presence on social networks because they want to reach out to more prospects in order to market their products and services to them. They also make use of social networks to increase their brand awareness as well as to drive traffic to their web sites. Most business and social networking sites rely on membership subscriptions as well as Pay-Per-Click advertisements placed on their member's pages that generate revenue when their members click on them. Members never get to share any of the advertising dollars even though they are the ones clicking and generating the revenue!

We have implemented key features on this platform that will allow members to have the maximum share of these advertising dollars while giving the advertiser a better return than ever before and without imposing a heavy financial burden on them. eCAMPAIGNS

Advertising members of the platform create and sponsor eCampaigns in the form of a Quiz or a Survey with a fixed budget (minimum USD 50 = 5,000 AZPs).

The advertiser determines and offers a fixed amount of AZPs as a reward to each participating member who either:

(i) correctly answers all the quiz questions set by the advertiser which are usually related to the advertiser's business, products and services. Members who visit the advertiser's profile pages will be able to find the answers to the quiz questions.

OR

(ii) completes a survey set by the advertiser which would usually be related to market research. In a survey there are no correct answers - only individual opinions to survey questions.     

In both cases above, each member is allowed to participate and earn the AZPs offered once only in any eCampaign. However, an advertiser can offer participating members additional bonus AZPs by targeting at their Direct Referrals i.e. friends and contacts they personally invited who subsequently signed up. When the member's friends or contacts participate in the same eCampaign, the member receives a bonus amount of AZPs as determined by the advertiser. REVERSE AUCTIONS

Our Reverse Auction is a unique and exciting implementation. Any member can create a Reverse Auction for listing; subject to our approval.

Unlike normal auctions where the highest bidder is the one who gets to buy the item from the item owner, in our Reverse Auction, the member who submitted the single-lowest-bid WINS the item for FREE!

When a member creates a Reverse Auction, the member indicates the 'Desired Net Amount' which the member wants to receive when the Reverse Auction is CLOSED.

The system then calculates the final Reverse Auction Value in AZPs that would include not just the item owner's 'Desired Net Amount', but also includes the worldwide shipping charges for delivery of the item to the winner, the success fee, as well as any miscellaneous incidental charges. A Bid Fee is also set by the item owner during the listing process and any member who wishes to participate in the Reverse Auction must pay this Bid Fee for each bid submitted. Once the Bid Fee is set, the system will also determine how many bids are required in order for the Reverse Auction to CLOSE.

All bid fees received from members making submissions are held in Escrow until the Reverse Auction is CLOSED.

The winner is identified as the member who submitted the single-lowest-bid. In the event that there is no single-lowest-bid, the winner is determined from the bid value that has the least number of bids received and the member who submitted the earliest bid at that value will be declared the winner.
