MY ACCOUNT

When you sign up as a member, an AZP Account is automatically created for you with an initial Overdraft Limit of 1,000 AZPs (USD 10.00). Each AZP account has a Main A/C and an Escrow A/C. The platform is completely AZP driven and all features and functionalities involve the use of AZPs in one way or another for the benefit of all parties concerned.

  • ACCOUNT DETAILS -  presents a summary of your AZP Account. Here  you will be able to see the total credits you have received as well as the total debits from your Main A/C, leaving you with a current balance. It also shows how many AZPs are still held in Escrow A/C as well as your Overdraft Limit.
  • TRANSFER AZPs - you can transfer any amount of your AZPs that are in credit (i.e above zero) to any other member provided you have both the User Name and the registered email address of the person you are transferring to.
  • TOP-UP AZPs - if you do not have sufficient credit AZPs for whatever task you need to perform on the platform, you can top-up your AZP account online provided you have a valid credit / debit card. Alternatively you may also locate an Associate in your locality who is willing to top up for you by transferring AZPs to you in exchange for cash equivalent plus perhaps a small premium as a service fee.
  • REDEEM AZPs - when your Main A/C's AZP credit balance is in excess of 5,000 AZPs (or USD 50.00) you can redeem the AZPs for cash either via a debit card if you have one or via a bank wire transfer to your personal bank account. You may also contact an Associate in your locality who may be able to redeem your AZPs for cash; you would probably be expected to pay a servcie fee to the Associate.
  • REPORTS - gives you details of transactions in both your Main A/C and the Escrow A/C. Every AZP transacted is accounted for and you can see where the credits have come from and where the debits have gone to.

Any AZPs which you earn are always credited to your Main A/C; it could have been earned from premium content you have uploaded, or it could have been from premium private messaging which you have imposed on others for messaging you.

When you create an eCampaign, the budget which you set for the eCampaign is debited  from your Main A/C and credited to your Escrow A/C. When members participate in your eCampaign, AZP awards are paid from the amount in Escrow A/C.

Similarly, when you list an item for Reverse Auction, bidders' bid fees are debited from their Main A/C and credited to your Escrow A/C and is held there until the Reverse Auction is closed or cancelled. Once a Reverse Auction is closed and transacted, AZPs held in Escrow are then released to your Main A/C.

Events and Group Events that charge a participation fee paid with AZPs are aso held in Escrow A/C until 24 hrs after the event has taken place. After 24 hrs the AZPs will be released from event organiser's Escrow A/C to event organiser's Main A/C.
