EVENTS
Use the Events feature to organize events that are either open to all members or private events that are by invitation only.
The system will handle members' RSVP and even manage the collection of event participation fees payable via AZPs.
The organiser can alternatively opt to collect cash-at-the-door for the event being organised.
Event organiser pays a very modest service fee based on the maximum number of participants to be managed:

NOTE: Event participant's fees are held in Escrow A/C for upto 24 hours after the event before being released to the event organiser.
Businesses and individuals can utilize the Events feature in many ways. For example:
- Karaoke Lounges can organise a karaoke competition event where each participant has to pay say USD 5 = 500 AZPs
- The organiser can set the deadline for RSVP as well as restrict the number of participants to just 100
- The service fee will be 1,000 AZPs which is deducted upon creation of the event.
- Members who RSVP to participate will each have to pay 500 AZPs upon confirmation
- Once 100 members have RSVP to participate, further RSVPs will not be accepted
- All fees are held in Escrow A/C
- Before the RSVP deadline, participating members can edit their RSVP and they can cancel and get a refund of their fees
- 24 hours afer the event, the participation fees held in Escrow A/C will be released to the organiser's Main AZP A/C
