Example: If you are a Master Associate, then if you have an Associate in your network, you will enjoy a 15% Differential Overriding Commission (30% minus 15%) on any eCampaign and Reverse Auction assisted by the Associate; the Associate will earn the 15% Standard Commission.

If it was the other way around i.e. you are an Associate but you have a Master Associate in your network, you will not be able to enjoy this Differential Overriding Commission. You will however, be able to enjoy the Inverse Overriding Commission on the next slide.

Inverse Overriding Commissions apply only to Associates in your network who are ranked higher than yourself and are based on the Listing Fee for an eCampaign and the Success Fee of a Reverse Auction.

- the Success Fee for a Reverse Auction is currently 15% of the Reverse Auction value.

Example: If you are a Senior Associate, then if you have a Master Associate in your network, you will enjoy a 2.5% Inverse Overriding Commission on any eCampaign and Reverse Auction assisted by the Senior Associate; the Senior Associate will earn the 20% Standard Commission.

If it was the other way around i.e. you are a Master Associate but you have a Senior Associate in your network, you will not be able to enjoy this Inverse Overriding Commission because you would have been able to enjoy the Differential Overriding Commission on the previous slide.

Equal Rank Overriding Commissions apply only to Associates in your network who are the same rank as yourself and are based on the Listing Fee for an eCampaign and the Success Fee of a Reverse Auction.

- the Listing Fee for an eCampaign is currently 15% of the eCampaign budget.

- the Success Fee for a Reverse Auction is currently 15% of the Reverse Auction value.

- overriding commissions are based on a percentage of the above.

Example: If you are a Professional Associate, then if you have a Professional Associate in your network, you will enjoy a 2.5% Equal Rank Overriding Commission on any eCampaign and Reverse Auction assisted by the Professional Associate in your network; the Professional Associate will earn the 25% Standard Commission.

Overriding Commissions are based on the Listing Fee for an eCampaign and the Success Fee of a Reverse Auction.

- the Listing Fee for an eCampaign is currently 15% of the eCampaign budget.

- the Success Fee for a Reverse Auction is currently 15% of the Reverse Auction value.

There are 3 types of Overriding Commissions that are dependent on rank:

• Differential Overriding Commission (% varies according to rank differentials)
• Inverse Overriding Commission (2.5% fixed)
• Equal Rank Overriding Commission (2.5% fixed)

An Associate can only earn one of the above overriding commission at any one time and all overriding commissions are calculated as a percentage of either the Listing Fee for an eCampaign OR a percentage of the Success Fee of a Reverse Auction.

The first 2 Associates you recruit, U1 and U2, are “passed up” to your upline. Your network starts from U3. All others you recruit after that will extend your network horizontally to infinity.

Similarly, the first 2 Associates recruited by U3, i.e. U3-1 and U3-2, are “passed up” to you (U) and extends your network horizontally by 2 Associates giving you a total of 3 Associates in your network as shown.

This process is repeated by each and every Associate recruited into the system. 

* Please note: If any members referred by you qualify as an Associate before you do, they will be passed-up to your referrer; subject to your referrer being a qualified Associate, otherwise they will be passed-up to the company. Any Associates referred by you and passed-up before you qualified do not count towards the 2 you need to pass-up; it is therefore imperative to personally qualify as an Associate before others referred by you qualify or you may lose out on bonuses and commissions because of your un-qualified status.

One of the key concerns of any business is the breakeven point and this is where the BREAKEVEN BONUS plays a key role in helping Associates quickly attain a breakeven position upon recruiting 3 Associates.

The Breakeven Bonus is paid only for the 1st Associate in your network i.e. your 3rd recruit. In the diagram, the 1st Associate in your network is U3 (highlighted by the orange background) for which you get to enjoy a ‘Breakeven Bonus’ of USD 365.

Once you earn this bonus, you would have recovered  your original investment of USD 500 – hence it is called the ‘Breakeven Bonus’. (U1: USD  45 - Immediate Bonus; U2: USD  45 - Immediate Bonus; U3: USD  45 - Immediate Bonus PLUS USD 365 - Breakeven Bonus)

NOTE: When the 1st Associate in your network re-purchases another CD Kit, you will again earn the bonus of USD 365!

Upon achieving a breakeven position as shown above, The H.I.P. System will next bring exponential growth to your earnings with another bonus - the Daily Bonus!

How much can you really earn with the help of the H.I.P. System?

The earnings potential illustration is based on each Associate recruiting only 3 new Associates and passing 2 up.

In this illustration, we stopped adding new Associates after Day#10, and thus the daily income remained at $1,022 per day after that.

From the table, you can see that it translates to a

STAGGERING ANNUAL INCOME of $365,336

• How difficult can it be to find 3 people to become an Associate like you?

The H.I.P. System is very simple and yet extremely powerful! PLUS there's no complex multi-levels and no monthly volumes to maintain.

To progress up the ranks, you only need to be concerned about the number of people who are in your network and that's all there is to it. With the H.I.P. System, all you have to do is recruit, teach and help your recruits duplicate what you did and make sure they do the same to their recruits later on.

Furthermore, Associates would, with a high probability, renew their qualified status yearly by purchasing another CD Kit to re-qualify - otherwise they would lose all Bonuses and Commissions that may be due to them should their qualified status expire.

When Associates in your network renew their qualified status, the H.I.P. System will once again pay you USD1 per day for another 365 days for each renewing Associate! This is what we call Residual Income.
