DR. BILL LIM, CEO/CTO

• Dr. Bill Lim has been in I.T. for almost 25 years. His extensive experience includes systems analysis, software design & programming, project management, biometric systems, web applications, eCommerce, ePublishing, eLearning and internet marketing.
• He also has indepth knowledge of marketing methodologies and is highly proficient in designing creative marketing strategies such as the Global Associate Program (G.A.P.) with the Horizontal Infinity Payout System (H.I.P. System) implemented on this platform.
• Dr. Bill Lim is a passionate technopreneur and he is the architect of the A2ZProfiles Platform with its unique business model including an equally unique marketing strategy that delivers a win - win outcome for all parties involved.
• Dr. Bill Lim has also traveled extensively and have held various executive management positions overseas including: England, Singapore, Mauritius, South Africa, & Madagascar.
• He initiated negotiations for 'Pioneer Status' in Mauritius and became the first company to be awarded the same status. He was also appointed the SAFTO (South African Foreign Trade Organisation) representative for ASEAN countries and was at one point the Honorary Consul of Madagascar.
• Dr. Bill Lim believes that the A2ZProfiles Platform will serve businesses and members better by providing features and services that offer maximum benefits to them instead of just leveraging on and benefitting from them.

Dr. Bill Lim holds 2 degrees from the University of Reading (United Kingdom); a BSc (Hons) Degree in Cybernetics Science with Mathematics and a Ph.D., Doctor of Philosophy in Cybernetics

• Mr. McCluskey is a lawyer by profession being admitted as a solicitor in Australian federal and state jurisdictions and as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of the Solomon Islands.
• Mr. McCluskey retired from legal practice in 1995 and was a partner of one of the largest and most prestigious Australian legal firms.
• Since retiring from practice, Mr. McCluskey has undertaken a number of corporate consulting positions in a wide range of industries and in countries such as United States of America, Peoples Republic of China, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Pacific Islands.  These consulting roles have been on behalf of large private and public corporate groups.
• Mr. McCluskey was a trustee of the Committee for the Economic Development of Australia and has held various board appointments both corporately and in the public and community arenas.
